Cabin View Media (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit cabinview.media or use our DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home) ad network services.

1. Information we collect

We collect personal information that you provide voluntarily — when you request information about our products and services, submit an enquiry through the site, or otherwise contact us. In practice this means names, business email addresses, company names, and phone numbers.

Our screens do not identify passengers. The displays installed in vehicles have no camera and no microphone. Playback reporting is aggregate and vehicle-level: which creative played, when, and on which route. Nothing about an individual rider is recorded.

2. How we use your information

We use the information collected via our website in order to:

• Respond to enquiries and share available inventory.
• Send administrative information relating to your account.
• Fulfil and manage campaign bookings and insertion orders.
• Report on delivery and performance for campaigns you have run.

3. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf — payment processors, email and scheduling tools, and our hosting provider — and only to the extent needed to run the service. We may also disclose information where required by law.
