Terms of Service

Welcome to Cabin View Media. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and of our DOOH ad network. By accessing or using either, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Use of services

Our services are intended for business advertising purposes. You agree to use the platform solely for lawful advertising and in compliance with all applicable local, state, and international regulations, including those governing advertising standards in the markets where your campaign runs.

2. Content guidelines

All creative submitted to the network is subject to review and approval. We may reject any content that is misleading, offensive, unlawful, or in violation of third-party rights. You retain ownership of everything you submit and grant us a licence to display it across the fleet for the duration of the booked campaign.

Because our screens sit inside vehicles with a captive audience, we hold creative to a stricter standard than roadside inventory: no strobing or rapid-flash sequences, and audio is off by default on every unit.

3. Payments and billing

Campaigns are billed at the agreed rate — hourly, daily, or monthly. Invoices are payable on receipt unless a separate insertion order specifies otherwise. Cancellations made after a campaign has begun are billed for delivery up to the cancellation date.

4. Delivery and availability

We report delivered impressions from playback logs. Fleet availability varies with driver activity, weather, and vehicle servicing, so booked inventory is a target rather than a guarantee. Where a campaign under-delivers against a committed volume, we make up the shortfall with additional playtime or issue a pro-rata credit.

5. Limitation of liability

Cabin View Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to active advertisers by email. For support or questions, write to contact@cabinview.media.
